After Sales Service System – Our latest project focuses on revolutionizing the after-sale service experience for our client’s customers through the development of two innovative applications: a Mobile Application (Customer App) and a Web Application (Admin Panel).

Counsellors can edit the generated invoices to add offer amounts, adjust due dates, or make necessary modifications. Once the invoices are ready, they can be sent to senior counsellors for review and approval, ensuring a streamlined workflow. The system also allows direct email integration, enabling counsellors to send invoices to clients without leaving the platform. This functionality eliminates the need for separate email communication and ensures that clients receive invoices promptly. Additionally, Wise Pay is integrated with Stripe, providing a seamless payment experience. Once an invoice is approved, an email is automatically sent to the client, containing a payment link powered by Stripe’s UI. Clients can easily make payments online through this link, facilitating a smooth and secure transaction process. Overall, Wise Pay enhances client management, streamlines invoice approval, and simplifies payment processing for both counsellors and clients.
